Privacy

Short version: your settings stay on your computer, and the only thing ArrayLux ever sends anywhere is a bug report you deliberately choose to send.

What the app stores

Settings, profiles, hotkeys and theme choices are saved in a folder under your Windows user profile (%AppData% / %LocalAppData%), together with a local log file. Nothing is uploaded or synced to a server.

What the app sends

Nothing, unless you use Report Bug. That dialog shows you the complete, anonymized diagnostic text before anything is transmitted; the report is only sent when you press send, and adding a contact address is optional. Reports are delivered to a form hosted by Netlify.

To check whether Pro is active, ArrayLux asks the Microsoft Store on your PC. Purchases are handled entirely by Microsoft — ArrayLux has no account system and never sees payment details.

What there isn’t

• No account, sign-up or login.
• No analytics or telemetry in the app.
• No advertising, and no data sold or shared.

This website

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party fonts. The only external service is the visitor statistics described below. It is hosted by Netlify, which processes standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Visitor statistics

To see which pages are read and which buttons are used, this site uses Umami Cloud (umami.is), a cookieless analytics service with servers in the EU. No cookies are set and nothing is stored on your device. When a page loads, your browser connects to Umami, which records only anonymous, aggregated data such as page, referrer, browser, device type and country; your IP address is not stored. If your browser sends “Do Not Track”, nothing is recorded. Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving this website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
